Want to host a pack hike? Please fill out this form and submit for consideration. Please email marked map showing hike routes and emergency exit points to: deanna_never@comcast.net Before submitting application for review, please be sure you are familiar with the rules and regulations relating to pack hikes. As a reminder, the Hike Coordinator must receive submit the official hike letter of application for approval by the Pack Dog Committee 8 weeks prior to the scheduled date.

    All GSMDCA sanctioned pack hikes must be done under a recognized regional club. Please coordinate with local club prior to submitting application. The GSMDCA only hosts pack hikes in conjunction with the GSMDCA National Specialty.
  • Please list all dates associated with this pack hike. Per GSMDCA Pack Hike rules, all hikes must be submitted with a minimum of 8 weeks ago.
  • All recognized regional clubs hosting events are required to have liability insurance. Please be sure to include at least the company name and policy number along with any other information you feel necessary.
