Brief Trail Description
Pierce lake- 3.7 mile (around) Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 8 min to complete. This is a popular trail for birding, hiking, and horseback riding, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Rock cut SP trail- 3.2 mile (around)Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 h 3 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, cross-country skiing, and hiking, so you’ll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are April through October. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

willow creek trail (1.1 miles (out and back)Discover this 5.2-mile out-and-back trail near Loves Park, Illinois. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 35 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking, mountain biking, and running, and it’s unlikely you’ll encounter many other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are April through October.
